About NS Connect

Nagaland Spotlight Connect (NS Connect) is a youth-led initiative working to create opportunities and strengthen communities across Nagaland through sports, grassroots engagement, and service-based programs. What started as a series of local sporting events has gradually grown into a wider platform that brings together individuals, institutions, and communities. While sports continues to be an important part of what we do, our work today goes beyond tournaments , focusing on youth engagement, skill development, and meaningful community initiatives. We organise events and programs that are practical, inclusive, and accessible, giving people a chance to participate, learn, and grow. At the same time, we are working towards building more structured systems including talent identification, collaborations with local clubs and institutions, and community-based service networks. At its core, NS Connect is about creating pathways. We aim to build an environment where individuals can contribute, develop their potential, and access opportunities that may not have been available otherwise. Through consistent efforts and partnerships, we hope to make a positive and lasting impact across the region.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower young people and communities by creating platforms that encourage participation, responsibility, and self-development. We are committed to building systems that not only identify and support talent, but also promote values such as discipline, dignity of labour, and self-reliance. Through our work, we aim to encourage individuals to take initiative, contribute meaningfully, and grow within their communities. By working consistently and building strong partnerships, we strive to create lasting impact and contribute to a more connected, capable, and forward-looking society.
